Quickest way to get de-listed from google?

Was hoping my first post was going to be a success story, but im still working on that.

A client of ours is having problems with an old business partner who owns an old domain of his and is pointing it to his site and robbing a chunk of his traffic. They are in the same business, we sorted his site right out, and refused to do the other guys and we sense a bit of jealousy ;]

He refuses to hand it over to our client, and to stop pointing it to his site so I thought i could use some bh methods to get him delisted.

For the search term we rank third, but he is right underneath us.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

If he has any high ranking (PR 2 or higher) have him signup with TNX.net

Have him add 4 links a page to each page with PR 2+..... this way he will accumulate points really quickly. Then have him spend those points on linking to his old site and have them on pages that have nothing to do with his site (like if he has a tech website, put the link on Construction, Education, adult and other unrelated sites - better yet check ALL)

Then have him create a new gmail and login to webmaster central @ google. Then look for a "Report abuse" button and look for a paidlink violation on a website linking to his old site. When you post your report, say how the links look really out of place especially this website about... (your old website)...

Watch how quickly it falls.... almost as bad as the DOW.... sadly.

I dont have access to his old partners site, so i cant add links to it.

ok... I think there are better ways to do it, but I can think of 2.

1) Spam his links out via Gmail. Just hire an indian to do it. Get his domain blacklisted. Or alternatively, get a list of 1 millions gmail emails, and ask the shitiest spammer around to spam the link into gmail with words like ''porn, penis, viagra, or anything else''... keep on doing it, despite Gmail blocking the messages. Get on google's nerves...lol

2) This method is almost the same with the first one, but it gets more interesting.

Create 30 blogger blogs, and redirect it to his site(try to do it fast- act like a spammer in a hurry ). Spam out the blogger links via gmail with the same spammy keywords above. The blogs will get flagged in a few hours/minutes... spam out 3-4K messages via gmail per blogger redirect.

3)Spam the links to a few emails which belongs to you, and send complaints to spamhaus via various IPs. Complain to his host-many times-show them evidence of the spam.

I wouldn't want to be him -lol.. I hope members here can throw in more definitive ways.

Buy 1000+ very cheap links to this site. Quantity of links depends on how trusted domain is. After all links are indexed you just stop them. After some time you buy lot's of links again and stop them again. Google will notice flashing links and mark them as paid links.
