Quickest way to build PR to new property

Im looking to create a whole heap of mini sites / blogs to link to my money site. These will all be new sites / new domains. Starting from scratch what would be the quickest way to get these sites up to a PR 3-4 ??? What have you done in the past that has worked? I don't want to buy existing random name domains because I want these sites to look 100% legit so I can also offer guest blog opportunities to other sites in my niche.

Well if you don't want to fake it, which is never a good option anyway, you would just have to build it up with SEO. The fastest I have seen a PR of 3, was because besides a few decent links, another site pointing at it was a PR 3 and high high authority. It was the site of a local guy running for governor. Just get some high quality back links and build up. Many things go into PR, SEO, bounce rate, traffic rank. Honestly there really is no specific trick or good fast way to do that. Just plug away and you will get there.

I'd recommend a High PR Blog network. Just make sure it's a network that features related content to avoid lookin' all spammy.

If you want quickest rank without fake that's good, it's possible but one point should be remember in mind pr rank not update frequently its take time. I will suggest you; you have to build it up with Best SEO because it's save your time and there are displaying best results quickly.

PR updates are erratic. you should seriously look at buying an aged domain and save yourself a shed load of time and effort. I get your point about carp looking URL's but its suprising the quality of decent domains getting binned at the moment
