Quickest way for backlinks to show

I added a bunch of backlinks and it has been over a week now an I see nothing on yahoo...it has never taken this long...any tips?

Is your site indexed in Y! ?
I had problems with some blogs in the past they show in Google, never did in Y! or MSN.

Yes it is indexed....this is weird....I should have atleast 200+ backlinks showing

I have a theory...

If a site have enough authority, all the backlinks will be counted soon enough.

i think the links are first shown in the google webmaster tool
