just wondering, why are you getting clients and not knowing how much to charge?? you should have worked that out first.

How much working capital does this person have for their real estate business? If it's in the $XXX,XXX.XX range then you should charge them at least $1,000 if you're actually a professional at writing out business plans for the real estate industry (in which case I'd really have to ask the question above even more).
