I saw this free tool that says it will help you get indexed in the search engines very quickly. This is more for noobs as most experienced marketers know how to do this pretty fast already.

This is for newbies, if proper SEO work is done, search engines index the pages automatically.

There are plenty of websites up there that allow to index in the search engines quickly.
All of them do more or less the same stuff.
For example these two:
