Quick Scrapebox Question

We are running the same Scrapebox version. Just follow the steps I outlined.

I've just run into another little problem that you may be able to help with as you seem to know your stuff ;)

I need to run the urls through the email grabber. however some of the urls error with fault-0 and fault-400. I can't see a way to retry all the failed urls or export them to a list? Can this be done or do you know what would cause the errors as the pages work via the browser.

I dont understand what are you trying to do know.
Please read the user manual first and take a look at their video tutorials. That will speed up the learning a lot.

hmm, I did follow the steps that you kindly posted.

When you load the urls and goto: Remove/Filter > Remove URLs not containing... > (it then brings up a box where you can enter one KW.

Could you please kindly point out where the option is to load a list as I would be grateful.

I did not get a manual with the software but I have watch and read pretty much everything online and am stuck hence asking for help.

that is because you are not going to the "Remove URLs containing entries from" option

you keep going to Remove URLs not containing which is wrong
 
Ace, thats what I needed to know. Many thanks for that and for the help guys. It really is appreciated. Just need to know what the failed-0 and failed-400 errors are when grabbing emails or how to retry failed URLs?

If I can't find a simple filtering software (a list of keywords, and the choice to include or exclude), I will develop this myself.
