Quick Scrapebox Question

Just started using Scrapebox and love it. I checked lots of videos and read tutorials but couldn't figure out if and how scrapebox can do this:

# Head over to one domain.com and spider the whole domain while extracting emails and or links to relevant articles that contain "keyword" within the domain

Any info on that would be awesome! (And also how to find sitemaps.xml files because then I could use the Sitemap Scraper for that!)
