Quick Scrapebox Question For The Experienced.

Ok, I've been using SB for about one month. In all honesty Ive just been harvesting and posting with no sense of direction. What I mean by that is my sites are straight warez sites I.E. free music, games, movies, etc.

My first blast with SB was to blogs and everything that I harvested with words like "warez, download music, torrents, etc." but since then I just been harvesting stuff that has absolutely nothing to do with my site like " weight loss, fix credit, etc " ..lol. I was basically harvesting ANYTHING that had a very popular keyword.

Now my question is, did I just hurt my site by doing this? I'm just trying to get as many backlinks as possible but as Ive started to read about Xrumer I see people are saying stuff like "I've blasted and got one of my keywords to the top of google". I know Xrumer and SB are different programs but is there something I can do on SB that focus strictly on my sites niche? Is there something I can do on SB that can raise certain keywords for my site higher on google? I now have a better understanding of how to harvest better results so i just want to start doing whats best.

I couldn't give you a definitive answer. If you are trying to comment on your money site then it would be smarter to post on blogs that are about your topic, or at the very least have some sort of keyword relevance to your niche. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks but I have some pretty good tutorials already but the only things I have questions about were the ones I stated in my original post.

All backlinks help, but if they are related it helps so much more.

Ok so if you had a thousand backlinks from unrelated keywords like money making or weight loss they would be the equivalent of say 100 related ones and have the same effect.
