After a user submits their number, they will receive their PIN #. Does the text message state JUST the pin? Or does it also give them terms / cost of subscription?

Any help is appreciated.

just pin terms are on the site

It states the pin, terms, and cost. Usually the cost is at the very bottom of the text so hopefully they dont notice.

rly? i didnt know that.

dw people who signup for ringtones dont even read the terms and costs
