Quick Question

Hi again guys!

I have been reading a lot lately and found really great info on how to improve my journey on building my Instagram army. I now have 6 accounts, 4 accounts without proxy and 2 accounts now assigned to a newly bought proxy. I was trying to search for an answer on my question, found a couple of answers but I just wanted to verify.

If I wanted to create a new account (7th account), can I do this by buying a new sim card, buying a new proxy, use the new proxy while using wifi? Or should I just skip buying the new sim card and just buy a new proxy and use the new proxy while using the wifi? I have heard stories about IG taking note of the device ID where you created an account, this is the part where I still do not fully understand. If answers to both is no, is there any way to freshly create a new account without using igerslike, bluestacks and massplanner? I have bought both FL and 4k Stogram and budget is a little low right now.

Use 4g, create 5 accs -> reset phone.

-don't forget to change device id of device .. in my case about only 8-9 account can be made using one device id. changing the ip is must .. you can PVA you account later no worries

I can't understand the benefit of reset the phone while makes IG account (WE can change Device ID instand). can you explain me
