Hi, Can anybody tell what has happened to this video (link below), if you will put the url in youtube, you would see it indexed in youtube..

But when you'll put it in google, with/without info: , NO thumbnail is coming, and url is coming with &feature=youtu.be

initially it was ranking in top, and right now nowhere, what it means?? SANDBOXED??
