Quick question

Hey people. I'm new to internet marketing. Just a quick question...

Does Google analyze your website stats? or does your page rank depend only on your keywords and content etc?

What I'm trying to ask is, for example... My website is currently not so well ranked in google, but I get a about 250 visitors a day, and the average time on site is 10minutes+, bounce rate is like 20% or less. I get about 50 visits from Google every day - so my question is, does google notice this and will they increase my page rank later?

Also. I get a about 100 direct visits every day, this means people that type in my url directly I guess, does Google notice this too and later upgrades my page rank. For example, people that are ranked better then me, but have worse websites (less content etc.), so they probably have a higher bounce rate and a lower average time on site then I do... does Google consider this, or is it only important how many backlinks I've got?

google does concentrate upon the popularity of your site as a whole too but their main concern is the backlinks ,content and the age of your url

the page rank is updated by google after taking several things into consideration

moreover if people start entering your site directly into the address then you are on a roll buddy!!!

you actually won't be needing any search engines to help people find your website

I mean you would need search engine anyways but if you achieve the ultimate target of people writing your url name in the address bar then sky is the limit

PR have nothing to do with placement's on serps , if peoples find your site searching on search engines and the position where you are there have nothing to do with your pr . backlinks for your site with the anchor text based on your content it's helping you to rank better on serps

PR isn't exactly the make-or-break point, but it definitely tells Google not to think twice about ranking you when your content is well optimized, so it can be made out to be a decisive aspect in many ways. I agree though backlinks and anchor-text are more frontward and generally more important, since if you believe in PR Power it is the only way to get PR. We've witness this evidently with the pseudo-political rise of Wikipedia.
