quick question!

Hi guys, So i have a quick question about SEO, i been trying to rank a site for a long time now and done everything is the "proper" way but i am stuck on page 2.

My question is : When the site is running adwords at the same time with no landingpage (just pointing directly to the homepage) woudl it still be possible to get on page 1?

I have much better onsite SEO and offsite SEO, social signals then my compettion.

Sites above you may have more authority links than yours. Try to build more quality and authoritative links on your site. It will outrank them.
There is no relationship between adwords and SEO. Rankings depends on your on-site and off site SEO not because of adwords.

Yes you can be on first page and still use adwords. I don't see why that would be a problem for you or for Google.

Like scorpian_king suggested, build quality links and don't forget about content too. Google tends to reward sites with quality content.

How do you know you have been doing SEO properly? There is a lot of misinformation out there.

Adwords generally helps you get to page 1. Google likes money and it gets their attention in my mind. High PR backlinks is the answer to getting to page 1 if you are really doing everything else correctly with your on-page SEO. That is a big "If" Have you had any other SEO professionals review what you have done to insure it was done properly as stated?
