Ok, so after making a little bit of money promoting a clickbank product I have fully realized the potential of internet marketing. So, my next step is to create a more long term income with SEO and a little help from blackhatworld.

Now, my question is, lets say I know a keyword that has many searches daily and could be something I could monetize but the key word is the name of a business. I checked Godaddy and the .net version of the business is not registered but that word has a SEOT (market samurai) of over 1800. Can I purchase this keyword in .net form and not worry about any legal action, or should I just target another keyword that ranks high?

Also, let's say I do get this keyword, should I use adsense on an idea like this and load the page up with information, or CPA and push them towards some kind of offer. Trying to be vague as possible right now because I think this idea has potential, but if more information is needed I will try. Really I would appreciate any help as I am trying to take action and really willing to put in the work to rank high.

Well, I do not know how it's handled in america, but in germany I would never buy such a domain, there will be a lawyer who does not know what to do and then you are fucked up.

Ok, after reading a little more about adsense I have realized I have no idea what I am doing so even if I bought the site I would not know what to do. Gotta start reading a lot more, just let this thread die a quick death.
