Lets say there is a keyword with high search volume and the top 10 results on Google are low in domain and page authority. Lets say in some parallel universe where the keyword "weight loss tips" is not saturated but the domain name is taken weightlosstips.com and is rank 1.

Note it has very low page authority etc easy to rank. Will it be better to buy a domain name with this format [random letter]weightlosstips.com or [real word from the English language]weightlosstips.com ?

Is oweightlosstips.com or quickweightlosstips.com is better to rank for the main high volume traffic keyword "weight loss tips"?

It would be better to have a suffix rather than a prefix to your emd.

The domain name it's only a thing to help users to remember the site.
For seo purpose there is no difference between "quickweightlosstips.com" and "randomdomain.com".

Google don't advantage a domain only for his name, how stupid this can be if 90% of exact searches domains are taken?
