Would Adsense have any problem with me showing ads on one of my sites that contain emulators and roms?

Would emulators and roms be categorized as warez? I wouldn't try putting the ads on if I were you.

If you want to be completely sure, send Google an email and ask. That is always your best bet with iffy things.

Good idea. From what I've heard, roms are legal as long as you put a disclaimer stating that they are for demoing purposes only and must be deleted after 24 hours from the time of download.
