So I am currently putting a few days of work into an eCommerce site via Wix Com Once finished I am going to buy a quality domain for it with a good theme and graphics. Now I have a question. Am I able to get interested buyers via Flippa if I post this site without Sales or Traffic (Worth my while.)

Short answer - no.
Longer answer - By going ahead and trying to sell a "turnkey site", i.e. one that doesn't have any traffic or revenue you are joining the ranks of hundreds (if not thousands) of others who are doing it every day on Flippa. Most of these people make a loss as even if you value your time at $1 per hour, it typically costs more to get the site done, pay the listing fees and the domain registration fees that anybody would pay for it.
