Ok, I need someone to answer a few questions I have, clearly.

1. I have an Ebay And Craigslist Selling Account.

I have dropshippers, I have a Paypal Account.

Now, how soon could I start earning in theory if I sell a high end product, for cheap?

in my opinion you could start earn immediately..
Just post a few cl ads and I think there will be a few interests in a few hours.. then you'll get the money and then you can buy the product for the buyer
