Quick Question on CPA Sites - Please Help!

Hi, just had some quick questions on CPA sites, I've signed up with 3 sites, got rejected by Millnic and haven't heard from two. So my questions are:

1 - What are the best CPA sites in your opinion and which ones have the fastest, easiest (or instant) aprooval?

2 - If you're promoting on youtube, is it bad to place the link directly to the offer (like can you get in sh*t for it with the CAp site)? Or do you just forward blah.com to the CPA link?

Give CPA Empire a try. If you get rejected give the company a call and see what they did not like about your application. Sometimes just talking to them will get you approved.

COPEAC was really fast, no phone calls, nothing. With Neverblueads they called to verify my info and where I was getting traffic from. Took like 5 mins to get approved.
