Quick question on CPA offers

Today I was filling out one of the CPA offers just so I know exactly how they work.. and I notice after you enter your info you have to take a survey.. and then you have to complete a silver, gold and platinum offers.. What if the person doesnt complete the silver, gold and platinum offers or the surveys, do i still get paid?

Look at the offers description. Often it will say, "pays out after email submit".

but if your with ************** theirs is no description when you get paid out

if its a email submit..you get paid when they put their email in and submit..or if its a zip submit...same thing, when they put in their zip and submit.
