Okay.. say I buy an instagram account from ebay,

and the seller doesnt email me the password for the account.

Can I get my money back?

I really don't know why were you bothering with eBay when you can get instagram accounts here on BHW.

And for the money refund, I guess that you could start a process on eBay to get your money back - again I am not sure...

Cause I already posted a thread asking for instragram accounts, and i didnt recieve any offers

and i saw an account on ebay with 500k followers, so i wanted it

Ebay is a buyers market. If you have a problem with a transaction, go to the resolution center and open a case. You have a very likely chance of getting your monies back, especially since you didn't receive the info needed.
