So when I search my website in Google I don't find https://www. but I find Https://
So not with www.
Does this matter in ranking?
How do I change this?
How long will this takes?

It does not matter, you can either set https://www or https:// version of the website. Make sure www is redirected to non www version if you use https:// version

www doesn't matter but SSL does.
redirect these:
