Quick Question How Do Shady Sites Get MGID, Taboola Ads?

hi guys,

I was watching anime these few days,
dragonball super and boruto and what not,

and I notice sites like "KXXanime" and "G0MXXX" or anime streaming sites,
are getting MGID or Taboola ad network ads,

I've been using their site for so long and I didn't realize they were using "white-hat" ad network,
was wondering if anyone out there knows how they're doing it?

they're not using adsense but MGID and Taboola,
or anyone can PM me their solutions?
