My first post! :D

Hi,

Well, I actually had two questions (already faking the title!), one being about copyright on YouTube.
I'm competing with someone and on the field we play, when my videos got rejected because of a specific copyright, his/hers hold on muuuuch longer, how in the world is in doing that? :( (Videos have the same source, mine get slapped, even if the account isn't deleted, but his/hers stay wisely there...).

I also heard about BHCB - though I still have to figure out the entire name :D - I understood the point was to simulate the same lock as C/P/A/Lead, except that simple email/zip submits from another network could be put in it.
As long as the offers from this another network are incentive, have we the right to do it?

Thanks! And if you have some tips to put videos on YouTube, paid & fast proxies, Firefox plugins for cache, don't hesitate!
Right now I'm simply uploading videos through TubeMogul, about 5 per account... then changing IP with HideMyIP Premium to access YouTube directly, without forgetting of clearing the cache with Cookie Crumble every time I'm changing of account.
A good way, or there is better to do? :p

Thanks a lot!

PS: Such a nice forum by the way :)

And for my first post, I'm posting that in the Search Engine Optimization part, way to go :D

1 Question:
To avoid your video getting banned, change it, I have once read somewhere in BHW, that making it faster by somewhere around 5%-15% makes it staying on longer, also by altering the tone a bit, almost unnoticable to humans, but the software used by youtube can be fooled by it.

2 Question:
The Name is Blackhat codebreaker, and yes I think if you use incentive offers, you are allowed to use this or similiar software.

2. Great!

1. That's actually smart, wonder what software can do that though.

Well, doing the ton alteration with audacity.
I found that the video speed was really a good idea, but can't find any software to do that for the video as well as the sound (not a big deal everytime but some parts won't be synchronize enough to make the video stays beautiful to watch :p)

Oh and what I forgot, I wouldn't really recommend bhcb for incentive offers, because as far as I understand it was constructed for non incentive offers.

That means if I don't get it wrong, that it will unlock the protected download/password/movie/whatever sooner or later, after the link to the offer was clicked, not caring if the offer was filled or not. While most of the incentive offer have (or should have) some way of letting you know, that the offer was filled.
Although you might still make money, well some might figure it out, making you lose some leads.

If I did something get wrong, correct me please, that is only what I heard since I don't use bhcb.

that it will unlock the protected download/password/movie/whatever sooner or later

For incentive only?

That'd indeed... not that good for returning customers :p

Though I couldn't have the time yesterday to finish checking these speed and tons things, that's not necessarily a message about copyright right? :\

Correct...

When you get the Spam message the vid was removed because of complaints (flags) by YT users, not copyright owners.

Sometimes you must know what the true meaning of competition.
Did you ever think your competitors were the one behind your video get flag or removed??

Tomorrow I found one ebook that teaching that method.
*Take original y0utub3 video
*edit it
*Upload It
*Deleted or flag the original to get more traffic

So criminal right but that all happened now.
Nalulo what your youtube username, we can help each other by comment and rating. Profit to each of us.

Nice to meet you all.
my very first post

I actually have more than one YouTube accounts... :D With many getting suspended, unfortunately.

But I agree, it's not lilke we were on WhiteHat Forum, I pretty much like this Flagging idea. Need to put in in practice now. Although I'm making my own videos so I don't need to take them before flagging his/hers.

OH GOD! Flag works well!

...Maybe too well! :D
I mean, I used one of my "solid" accounts (a dozen of videos, 2,5k views/day, been around for three weeks) to flag some of his vids, they've been taking out in just a matter of minutes... 2 or 3? Maybe even less. That's pretty effective, but if he can do the same thing... that's kind of too easy to get a competitor down Oo

That's the system buddy.
Maybe no need to do it too often, sometimes youtube can track that. Just flag the video that have no copyright power and the video will gone forever make it more natural. Nice traffic and nice momentum= Nice $.

hope you not flag mine :D
Nice to meet you
