Quick question for ya'lls

lol quick question for you black hatters. does anybody buy cell phone numbers and is it possible to sell them in the market place?

Do you have a website or additional information or details on this service of yours?

Haven't made a Website yet, but I can collect 200-300 cell phone numbers a day. These are numbers, which are/were previously registered by the owner online. Many include names of the owner. I cannot necessarily verify all of them to make sure they are still active though, but they are all 100% cell phones.

Was just curious, if something like this was actually allowed on the marketplace.
