Quick question Facebook Pixel placement

Is there a difference if I get a vendor to directly place my facebook pixel on their thank you page vs using Clickbank's Integrated Sales Reporting?
Does facebook ban me if users are being redirected from my domain to another where the purchase pixel is firing from?
