i'm kinda curious if my cpa network would ban me for promoting some of their email allowed offers using a gmail account or anything similar e.i yahoo email address etc

You can always contact your designated manager and ask him if what you are doing is withing TOS boundaries of the network/network provider. In this case the email provider (google/yahoo/whatever) doesn't really matter probably, your network just wants customers and I also presume they want those customers to come willingly from opt-in email promotions. So make sure you are having traffic opt-into your email promotions, and also have an unsubscribe button. That should keep you withing your email provider's TOS and cpa network rules.

Your supervisor might also encourage you to use gmail primarily, since most people use it and they are familiar with it, something like yandex or even less known providers might look spammy to customers or whatever.

If you are asking because you have your own email provided with your domain, I don't see a reason not to use it, your emails will sound that much more 'official' with it.

Dont see why it would be a problem, an email provider is just that.. an email provider. They shouldn't care which email provider said lead is coming from, unless they were some type of fraudential leads. At the end of the day, they want the same thing as you.. and that's to make money.
