quick question before I submit paypal document!

My real account almost 8 months ago was banned. I set up a new account, new ip, new computer, new vba, new address, the whole nine all legit. I did a few transactions over a thousand (legit with documents) paypal limits me. Question is I just need to send my Id. Everything else is fine my question is does paypal check ids with old previous accounts? I have 2 drivers license, one expired. I figure I give them the old one and cover my drivers license number since the address is different from the one they banned that I sent before 8 months ago. I live in the us (california) both licenses are California

You are safe. Just blur all the numbers and if address is different than NP. Just make sure that in pages like whitepages it does not show your old/new address. PP probably wont check it, but just to be 100% on the safe side.

As long as the addresses match with the address on the account you should be good. From personal experience i have found that ebay and paypal don't run your numbers and they have no way to see if its a real license or not. They might not check the ID from the old account, but the problem you risk running is they address may not match.
