Quick question about targeting Indian on FB Ads?

Hi
I have a question about how to target Indian live in the US? I'm targeting by people live in the US and language of india, but its not much audience. So is there any other way to target them? Thanks

Yes, they don't have many language options.

Selecting Hindi and Bengali gives an audience of 400K though, so it isn't tiny
 
Well not to profile Indians but, they typically don't like to spend money and are the reason for a lot of spam on the internet. I don't think you will have much success with this type of campaign.

I disagree entirely. The only people who don't spend money are people who don't have money.

People from India may spend their money on different things and it sounds like the OP knows that and is targeting them with things he knows will interest them.

There are various ways you can target people who are away from their country . One way is go to "More Demographics" in your "Ads Manager" and then go to "Life Events" , you will find gold there .
 
It is very difficult to target NRIs. You need to select us and hindi/telugu/tamil..etc. The more indian languages you select more users you'll get.

About right, maybe he's targeting Indian languages thinking the cost will be cheaper.
