Quick Question About Starting Fresh with Old Content

I have a quick question.

I currently have 69 pieces of content on my site, but something strange has happened recently. I want to start fresh without doing any redirects, but I also don't want to lose my old content.

Is it possible to create a new site with a fresh domain and hosting, copy the content from my old site, and upload it to the new one? I plan to delete the old site first. Will this cause any duplicate content issues?

I really want to retain my old content, and I'm hoping someone can help me out. Has anyone done something similar?

Rewrite or tweak the content a bit - like 20-30% per piece - to make it “unique” enough for the new domain.

Don’t just delete your website but also make sure to de-index your pages from Google so your content won’t appear under your old domain

Keep your old site live but implement a noindex tag on the pages you’re copying over. This way, Google won’t index those pages while you work on your new site.
