If no: What beside SAPE can work to get more power?

Yes, it's one of the few systems that has some longevity in SEO since it's not easily detectable.

Yes it still works. GSA is a great piece of software for tier2 links.

Is there any good tutorial on how to build Tier links in GSA? I just build tier 1 links.

It still works. But you need to make sure all the tiers are laid out properly.

Is there any good tutorial available? Because that I have posted above from Matthew is building Tier 1 in ultimate daemon and then tier 2&3 in GSA. But I don't have ultimate daemon ...

Again to all. If there is any guide to tier link building it would be nice. Because I have just build tier 1 now and I have no idea if I have build it right. Also I am building links to blogger, web 2.0 site.

It still works, however, I would not use SAPE, there are much better ways for tier link building.
