Quick question about postback url.

Hello,

I have a quick question about postback url. When I enter my tracking url in the postback url section of the cpa network, and when the conversion happens, the network simply visit my tracking url correct? For example, if I've a page with tracking pixel on it and I put the page url as postback url, when conversion happens, my pixel will fire, is it correct?
