Quick Question about Paypal

Let's say I have a stealth Paypal account that was limited, and I have to go to the resolution centre to resolve my matter, they are requesting documents I am unable to provide.

So the account isn't permanently limited yet, It says I still have to submit the documents.

Will I still be able to withdraw my money in 180 days, or do I have to submit the documents?

You will still able to take the money out in 180 days. From what i've read that's the longest they're allowed to keep your money. If you want security, I know there is a user here that handles situations similar to these. I cannot remember his name here, but search the marketplace for Paypal Solutions.
