Quick question about networks...

I was recently denied from AdWorksMedia, and I wanted to re-apply, I knew exactly why I was declined. I was unable to re-apply because the email was somehow bugged. When I went to re-apply it said to use the 'Forgot Password' button multiple times. I went to try that and it says my E-Mail could be found. So that E-Mail is bugged form re-applying. My question to you is, does it look bad for me to re-apply with a better application on a different E-Mail?
