quick question about massplanner?

So i set my automation and i recently checked my twitter account and its still following the same amount of people before i set mt automation? is this normal? For example before the automation i was following 2,000 accounts and post automation its still at 2000?

I have the same problem with massplanner. It just doesn't follow/defollow or it's incredibly slow. They said it's a problem because I'm using a free Amazon VPN - but that's the one they suggested in the first place. Curious if you manage to solve your issue? Thanks
