Feedback has nothing to do with selling limits and getting them increased.
3 criteria for selling limit increase: Number of US transactions - min. 25 sales ; Gross US sales - min. $250 ; and your first US sale must be at least 90 days ago.
There are 2 sure ways to getting a limit increase:
1) Confirming your identity - for this you need to have a cc on file
2) Linking to an established seller account - by "established", that means an account that has met all 3 criteria I've mentioned above.
To request for a higher selling limit online, Go to your myeb*y>>Selling>>All Selling. In that section where you see your monthly selling limits, you will find a link to "Request for Higher Selling Limit". The next page will show you what options are available for you (Confirming Identity or Linking).
If you can't do either of the two, you really need to call in to discuss your selling goals with an account specialist. Based on what I've heard from reliable sources, they will also be looking at your Seller Performance (check your seller dashboard, you need to at least have a Standard rating, and your Policy Compliance must be Medium to High). Also, if you have open cases, there's a very slim chance you'll get that increase. I really wouldn't waste my time calling if you have not met all 3 criteria though. Trust me, you will not be transferred to an account specialist.
I've heard of "new" sellers who have been given 250 items/$5000 limits. Good luck!
