Hey guys!
I wonder if there is any site/app that shows me how many people saw/liked/followed my post in a specific hashtag. (I only got Massplaner)

No, such information is not available. Only Instagram themselves know this information.

No, I don't think it is possible to do that. But hashtags are still important to get yourself discovered. Interestingly enough, I add new ones from time to time and if I get trending, it is usually in the new ones.
