Quick question about disavow tool and cleaning your website link profile

Is there is any way that somebody that I have hire to clean my website back link profile to do that without submission of bad links to G disavow tool. Please let me know as this person telling me that everything is fine and they don?t want to provide any proof for their work.

If I've understood the question correctly, I guess they could just manually remove the links by asking other sites to take them down. From my experience that's easier said than done though. Why wont they show you the links they have supposedly taken care of?

Did they contact you? It's not uncommon for people to create a whole heap of crappy websites, often hardcore porn websites and put links on them to other legit websites. They will then contact the other webmaster and say they will clean their profile for a fee. They then just remove the links from their own website, rinse and repeat.

Sounds to me like they dont want to show you proof because either -

a) there was nothing to do because you had no bad backlinks
b) they did all that was needed and it wasnt much work, they just emailed a couple of webmasters
c) they are at it and did nothing but take your money

I guess they just take the money ( 99$ )and didn't do anything,as i try to contact them so many time to give me some info and updates on their work and how is website doing.
So how i handle such a problem do i need to contact the admins of BHW and see if they can help to resolve the problem?
