Quick quesiton from a newbie

Hey, I just have a quick question for ya'll. What is the difference between the newspaper theme and newsmag theme? They are both made by the same company, TagDiv, and they both are made to serve the same purpose. Why does the same company make two themes that serve the same purpose?
