Quick quality Instagram followers

Hello Guys!
I’m late to the insta party but I’ve finally decided to open an insta account. I would be promoting my page as a model. Right now, I don’t have any intention of monetising the account, maybe in the future. It’s mostly to keep in touch with friends/family ATM and use it to impress girls because most of the girls I know are hooked to insta. I want to get a head start by looking credible in the early stages by having at least Around 10-15K decent followers. Then I plan to engage people in my niche as they’d take me more seriously considering the number of followers.

I’d like to add that I can spend upto $150 on this. So what would be the most efficient strategy?

I have 2 ideas in mind right now :

1) Buy an Instagram account with 10-15K followers and change the niche
or
2) create an account myself and Use a SMM service to buy followers ( SMM dot net that guarantees 10-25K followers through ads or some other site that charges around $5 USD per 1k followers)
Also, do followers bought from SMMs like and comment on your posts?

I don’t have the patience to F/UF all day as my work keeps me very occupied. I would also be open to more inputs.

10k from smm means 10k fake followers , so you will get no advantage from it .

Instead of it use ads and get free thousand followers coz enaging followers are always better then bots

If you want to decide between buying acc or buying followers I would go with buying acc...
