Quick Newbie Question! Youtube Tool?

As my first post - I would like to say that Im excited to be in the BHW community!

I have been looking through the search and I cant seem to find a certain Youtube tool!

I was hoping to find a good program for downloading youtube videos! Does anybody have a link to one?
