For a free software this is incredible! Just load external proxy judges for the software to test proxies accurately!

Provided the download came from the home site (project2025) then it is a clean version. Some of the other programs on the site have been included as false positives in some virus reports - some more info on the "What's wrong with McAfee" link on the project2025 site.

The program will use the proxy to fetch the website(s) you want to. It will then compare the result with a text string (that you provide) in order that you can determine whether the proxy is performing any sort of filtering on the result.
