I just started messing around with a msn bot script and I have NOOO idea what the hell I am doing. All I want to do is have my bot send 4 messages with different delays starting from the first IM I receive.

Can someone please tell me what I need to add to this code so it is only triggered by the first IM received? I got a couple bucks in my epassporte, i'll send ya 15$ if you can help, thanks. I just have a feeling it is something so simple.

    Code:
on 1:TEXT:*Welcome to the BitlBee gateway*:&bitlbee:/msg $chan account add msn @HOTMAIL.COM PW
    on 1:TEXT:*Account successfully added*:&bitlbee:/msg $chan account on
    on 1:TEXT:*New request*:&bitlbee:/msg $chan yes
    on *:TEXT:*?*:?:/timer 1 10 /msg $nick FIRST MESSAGE | /timer 1 26 /msg $nick SECOND MESSAGE | /timer 1 65 /msg $nick THIRD MESSAGE | /timer 1 125 /msg $nick 4TH MESSAGE

on the last line you have
    on *:TEXT:*?*:?:/

that means the bot will only reply when someone types a ? question mark

if you change the ? to a hello it will respond only with a hello etc...

Like I said I dont know what the Im doing, but I thought that was a wild card. My bot seams to respond to anything, the problem is Im just trying to stop everything after the first IM I receive. Im not sure if this is an easy task.
