Quick instagram shadowban question

Can i get shadowbanned or banned for posting a picture of a model on my fitness page ? Keep in mind i always tag and put "credits: @model " in the caption.

Yes it is possible. Just because you credit the person does not mean you got permission to use it. It is like stealing something, but then honestly saying where you stole it If it will get you into trouble all depends on the model. Most people like the free shoutout. But a minority of people don't want their posts showing up on other accounts. They might report you and Instagram takes this seriously. If you get many copyright strikes against you, your account might get banned. This often happens to sports accounts that repost posts of famous athletes. I repost and credit too, because I think not crediting is an even bigger risk.

If you are reported and Instagram removes your content because of "breaking terms of use", it's been said that your account will be shadowbanned. I've heard and seen it happen to one guy I know.

You can try what I did and use a stock image, just to be safe. There's plenty for download in the downloads section.
