How can one show a link in Google SERP in an hour?

I have seen URL's showing up in Google SERP which was actually posted on a forum. And they are showing up in Google like in just 20 min as well. How?

that cannot be guaranteed. however if you can create back links from google owned properties there are high chances of pages getting indexed faster
 
Lots of factors come into play but if the site has authority then it will get crawled and indexed quickly.
