Quick HTML/CSS Tweak for $5

Hey guys,

I have spent around an hour trying to increase my HTML and CSS knowledge to a level where I can do this myself and I decided to give up and out source it.

Basically I want the HTML/CSS code for this.....

To look like this.....

So I need the download now button moving up the page and the virus scan results to be moved in with a bit of the white space on the bottom removing to make it look a bit tidier, ideally I would like it viable in the center of all monitor resolutions. I would also like the freelancer to explain how I would go about changing the Red back ground to a custom one if it is possible.

Very easy just wrap the stuff you want in the middle with a div tag and use position:relative; tag to move it around where you want. The background i think is an image so you can just replace it with another.
