Quick help with Micro Niche Finder

I am new to using Micro Niche Finder and I was playing around with it today and came up with some niches that look good but wasnt totally sure. The thing I am not sure about is the "exact phrase count" number. If that number is really high meaning there are a lot of pages yet I get the green go ahead with only a SOC of 3 is that worth it? Below is an example from another thread on here that showed kinda the same setup



Mine looks very similar but the SOC is 3 and there are 200k exact phrase results instead of the 1.4mil in that.

With the apparent competition so low and average about 5k searches is the number of pages a major factor? Doesnt it mean that even though there are alot of pages it should be easy to dominate?? Or will it be hard because there are so many exact phrase pages.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what is toooo much exact phrase results to make any niche an instant pass up?

IMO, just go ahead.. worth to try... because the ad cost is seems so sweet... as far as the PR in top 10 google result is easy to beat

he said that the image is not his, he borrowed it from another thread, but his situation is the same.
Regarding to the question itself, I also think go for it, regardless of how many exact phrase matches there are, the top 10 listings in google are easy to beat in terms of backlinks and stuff. That's how I see it. May be wrong though. You should check your competition on that keyword with market samurai.

Just reading more on MNF... What SOC number is considered too high of a number (too tough competition) on any niche?

LOL, ask for a refund already mang and get the real thang.

You only care about Exact searches.

Use Market Samurai, check SEOTC then double check Top 10 a.k.a first page result.
