I have had this web design created for me but it was coded at 1024px. I have converted what I can and made a few alterations but I am having a bit of trouble with the nav bar:

How can I have the nav bar appear inline with the centre panel, E.g. Like this:
As with different screen resolutions and browsers it appears differently and I am not great with CSS!!!
