1. Take their website
2. Go to translate.google.com
3. Past URL in left side window
4. Choose language to translate to (doesn't matter which one)
5. Click on the URL you'll get in right window
6. You'll be redirected to translated version of the website in an iframe (with Google translate weblayer on top). If they use cloaking, you will see their white page (because requests are made not from your IP, but from google translate IP, which is surelly marked as bot in any cloaker)

There you go, have fun

Wow, when u hv to use G translate to know if competitor is using a cloaker then pls dont even think to start using a cloaker, it will be too complicated world for u.

Glad I could give you opportunity to brag about how far ahead you are, I'm sure I'll learn easier and faster method somewhere along the way

Its not about bragging and why u even need to find safepage cause its not the page that makes money. Better learn how to bypass cloaker to see moneypages that make money. Many only use redirection without cloaking so safepage is last thing u need to find out.

Oh, I should be more precise about my "method", which is limited.

I run campaigns in "grey" area where I had ad rejected multiple times for misleading claims, and everyone is making twists on landing page to bypass that, so I'm using it to check if lander I see is really compliant one (which I could grab and use), or I'm just looking at money page, and there's cloaking and white page below it under same url.

Misleading is mostly adcopy problem, for cloaking use simple html page with random article, no need to overthink.
