google roll out new update almost every month so changes will happen in indexing part also. so do some change and try new things to index it.

You can use a 3rd party index service, such as OmegaIndexer, or insert that backlink into an article with high traffic on your website to stimulate Google to crawl and index,

Google often devalues backlinks from Guest post on Google news sites to prevent manipulation. it index the post but treat the link as no follow.
